Apparently, the reason why the Aubrey remix of Perpetual Dawn was canned was so they could include the "Ultrabass II" remix on there instead...

Also, DVD is a seperate project and still in the pipeline.

Wasn't "A Huge Ever Growing..." the only track on the first Peel Session - it being about 20+ minutes? Might also explain why any subsequent Peel Sessions weren't included - possibly not enough space? Pure speculation, of course! :)

One of the ultimate classics this one, I only got round to picking it up in '93 however. That was mostly down to supply and demand politics at the time though, it's not easy to get hold of rare records living in the middle of nowhere

Kind of a weird choice of tracks for this re-issue though, wouldn't it be better to have included the whole "Ultraworld Excursions" mix album instead of bits and pieces from all over the place? The Peel Session deserves a remastered re-issue of it's own IMO.

Totally agree - should have been a four disc with the all the Peel Sessions stuff on its own.

Which could have been manufactured with 4 CD's...

Damn, really would only want to buy that for the videos...

Ah well, at least I've now got the new Transit Kings album on my iPod (Japanese release)! :D

Well, I like the new mix of "Boom (Bombay)" and "Baby Don't" - the rest of the album (bar the tracks from the Token EP) don't really grab me that much...

Having said that, I very rarely like albums on the first play or so - good ones take quite a bit of time to settle in (although The Prodigy's last effort didn't! :P ) 8)
