You can configure you RSS reader like Feedreader to receive the following 3 feeds from the game
Daily News - http://www.loopzorbital.com/phpbb/games ... &feed=news
Whos Online - http://www.loopzorbital.com/phpbb/games ... eed=online
MOTD - http://www.loopzorbital.com/phpbb/games ... &feed=motd
If you need more info then let me know but it seems to work ok. Updates every 15 minutes
