Last film I watched was 'The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift' and I might stick on 'District 13' today, but that depends on how fast I get packed...

"Saw III" - was expecting a pile of cack after the predictable SAW II but it was quite entertaining. Most will talk about the gore but i liked the whole idea/plot. All good fun.

I forgot to post this the other week - I saw History boys @ the cinema - was quite good if a little cerebral/middle class. Great soundtrack too.

And the other day I finally got round to watching Shaolin Soccer on DVD. I'm pleased I bought it on the advice of Ed, it was great fun. The boys absolutely loved it too and have already re-watched it. (Why do kids watch and rewatch films to death, god knows how many times my 2 have seen Ferris Bueller's day off, they never tire of it  )

Some films are definitely watching again and again and again,Ferris Bueller being top of the pile.....an ace film, never get tired of watching it.

Just watched 'adaptation'......a quality yarn, can't believe it passed me by when it came out a few years back.

The Prestige

Well made, well performed and well directed, Christopher Nolan's follow up to last year's excellent Batman Begins is nevertheless a disappointment.

The twisty-turny plot skips around in time, so the film appears cleverer and more complicated than it really is. While the misdirection is undoubtedly deliberate, it leaves you with a feeling of unfulfilled promise.

Casino Royale.

Im a big fan of bond films and never like it when they have to change the actor and I was very worried Daniel Craig wasnt gonna be up o scratch as Brosnan had carved Bond out to be his own in the last few years.

Well I was rewarded with an AMAZING film all the top action, chase and fight scenes just like you want from bond..

damn it was good

:) Gonna have to pick up season 5 while I'm in LA.
seen loads of films while I've been on various modes of transport;

about 3465 Bollywood films,
Da Vinci Code
The Machinest
Failure to Launch
Cars
Superman Returns
You, me and Dupree
Blade Trinity
DOA
White Chicks (!)
Sharks tale
The Beach (funny how everywhere in Thailand shows this)
Pirates of the carribean 2

I really enjoyed Superman loads, thought I was gonna dislike Cars but I liked it!
Really looking forward to getting into Lost s3 when I get back too.
I don't know you people...why are you here?

Casino Royale - superb.
Daniel Craig is excellent - really knocks this out of the park.
