well, assuming that's authentic, I would say it's not half as bad as it could've been. I don't disagree with any of the choices, except PERHAPS "Oi!". I even like Moebius, and it's an obvious starter. In fact, I consider it highly underrated. That said, this comp's not comprehensive in any sense.
I still wonder about Box part 2, though. Like TimBob said: Which part 2? ... Coz THAT part 2 would rock!
Philosophy By Numbers is a STRANGE, STRANGE choice, though!
I like it, but it makes this all seem very poorly thought-out. Plus, why 4 tracks from Orbital 1? This is rubbish.

It's not that the songs are bad. it's just that it's a really really strange selection.
Moebius is one of the better tracks of green (my opinion) but i'd never expected it to get on a "best of"
and Oi is just a really weird choice, likewise Philosophy By Numbers...
but i think most of us will buy it anyway.
and most of us would've put together a different tracklist.
I think they refer to Box part 2 from insides, because that's the one that sounds the most like the single version and is known with a lot of people. but it would be cool if it was single Part 2 (altho that's just an untitled track, only part 2 on the in-sides cd is really called Part 2)

Wasn't expecting this at all.
Who the hell thought this through? It must've just been random or something. Ok, they got the four obvious ones (Chime, Belfast, Halcyon and The Box), but otherwise it's lesser known singles or random album tracks... I mean, Farenheit 303 and Philosophy By Numbers aren't even tracks that jump out at you as potential singles (particularly the latter).
I mean, the only albums with more than one track are Green and The Altogether - the two least favourites within their catalogue. What on Earth are they playing at?
Ah well. Gave me a good laugh.
Edit: what's betting The Box Part 2 untastefully cuts straight in ignoring the fact it segues from Part 1?

That list is most strange!
What with the cover being wank and the selection of songs being rather odd, I dont think I'll be buying this.

That's a CRAP tracklisting.
This has evidently been put together by somebody who has no idea about orbital's music and has picked out the tracks with the best names.

Worst idea ever. Worst cover ever. Tracklisting picked by a chimp. Avoid like the plague.
This is just a record label being greedy and not having one iota of respect for the artists they're plundering to line their pockets.

It does seem a bit weird, I reckon someone had the brief of not being too obvious (like Work), but didn't have the knowledge to make a good job of it. They would've been better (and it would have been easier) just making an remix version of Work IMO - Weekend Ravers Anyone?!
I also like the idea (can't remember who's) of having 2 CDs, one chilled, one banging.

Yup, I've decided I'm not even going to bother buying this - a completely pointless compilation and I'm not sure who it's aimed for??? Surely, either asking the band/management and/or fans would have been a good idea???
Now, if they would release a remix album of their vinyl-only remixes (e.g. Midnight Sasha mix, Satan Rhyme & Reason, Omen Chariots/Fall/etc, LC2 Outer Limits, 2 Deep, etc, etc), or a live album, then I'd be very tempted!

I would have to concur

I think I actually prefer the tracklisting on the Bronze collection.
