I had leftover pasta and some salad and garlic toast and a yogurt for "supper" (quotes around because my break was 4pm, I'll eat again after work)...
For lunch I had a quick avacado/tomato/broccoli sprouts sandwich on toast (no sauce!) and some crackers with spinach dip

Oooh I can feel my arteries hardening at the mere thought of it :roll
Sound v.v. tasty though 8)

Cooking my dinner as we speak. Pork chops with mustard and brown sugar. Definitely taking a slice of bread to the frying pan afterwards.

That sounds exactly like something i'd make myself. :)

Today = huge meatballs (as in so big that they're not really meatballs, but something else that I don't know the name for in English) with onion and mashed potatoes. Very good.

Yesterday = More thai-food. A small portion of Tom Yum soup for starters and chili beef for maincourse. The "yum" part of the Tom Yum is very true. (I know, lame) :)

For lunch, i had chicken in soy sauce with noodles and 'chendol' (creamy caramelised mallacca molases) flavour soft serve ice cream and for dinner, a BK whopper meal ... yum :)

I think it will be hard for today's eating to top yesterday's!

For lunch, we had falafels in pitas with hummus, tzatziki, hot sauce and veggies with some salads

For dinner, we couldn't decide what we wanted, so we had some nice multigrain bread, hardboiled eggs, cheeses (havarti with bits of hot peppers, cheddar, cheddar curds, monterey with horseradish), green salad, a tomato/cucumber/feta/balsamic/etc. salad, and some guacamole with tortilla chips

Hope you didnt load up too much on the "hot sauce" in your falefels Aimee - i had a bad experience with Falefels in Amsterdam a few months ago when i mistook hot chilli sauce for salsa!!!

Just about to have a nice Ham and Chutney sandwich for lunch...

Well let me be the first to congratulate you buddy, may I suggest the name "Memly" if its a boy, or "Memly" if its a girl?

Can't beat ambiguity in a name

Last night we went to a Turkish/Kurdish restaurant where I had fresh fried squid rings (yum) with a delicisou dip- in sauce & tabouleh, followed by BBQ baked aubergine & minced seasoned lamb with rice and salad washed down with lots of white wine. :D

Hmm makes my mouth water thinking of it all over again AND it was all free!!! 8)
