When will American producers and writers stop portraying Mary fucking Poppins England? East-end thugs don't use cricket bats, no-one wears bowler hats anymore, and red phone boxes are filled with piss. And the worst thing was...nearly all of the Brits were Australian! I know the Americans get confused between the accents now and again, but Lost has the worst guest-casting ever.
Desmond has been one of the most intriguing characters of the series since he arrived, but he came across as rather pathetic, in what could have been a brilliant and mysterious sci-fi concept episode.
