Thanks for all your texts. Haven't been able to reply to all as network coverage is hit and miss at the moment.
Hope you are all OK.

Been trying to get hold of Stylustrouble too but can't get through. Probably harder from here in Oz. Does anyone else have his number to give him a buzz?

First I heard of the explosions was when Nick King rang me to see if I was OK. Luckily enough, I don't work in central London any more but it's nice that people are concerned.
Was supposed to be going out to Bastard tonight with Manns, but it's been cancelled, which is totally understandable.
So far there have been 12 fatalaties, unknown casualties and 4 explosions, although I have heard rumours of an explosion at Terminal 4 in Heathrow. My dad works on the T5 construction site and hasn't heard anything about it, but they are being kept on site, so something's happened there...

A lot of Canadians are freaking out from the BBC reports...
When we see "casualties" we think "fatalities".

I'm ok. Like the Embryo said, I work out of centre and cycle in. He apparently got evacuated from Euston.
I've heard that over 40 people have died due to it and hundreds injured:(
I really feel for the people still trapped on the tube.

*phew*
Slightly less stressed now that I think just about everyone's accounted for.
One or two off another forum that nobody's heard from... and I think that's it.

Thanks for all the concern from people off this board today - I am touched.
What has happened today is truly terrible and I am most fortunate that I do not work at the stations where the bombs went off. London Underground take security measures very seriously, despite there being a decrease in alerts after the general election.
I am glad that everyone is accounted for, I have just 2 driver friends to account for (one piccadilly line and one metropolitan

) but can we just think about those people who have not been so fortunate. My heart goes out to their families and friends who must be suffering so much.
Also, please dont forget the heroic efforts of the police, the ambulance drivers, paramedics, nurses and doctors of this great city.
Thankyou.
