got chinese last night, chicken with fruit (! banana!) & veg in sweet & sour goop, duck fried rice (2 birds are better than one

) and a couple of spring rolls for luck. good shit.

Today it was Chinese for me as well. Starting off with a spring roll, then onto beef curry and deepfried shrip dumplings with orangey sweet and sour sauce. For dessert deepfried bananas with ice-cream and syrup. I'm still about to explode.

I went to my favourite Indian buffet and ate far too much for lunch.

last night i just had leftover chicken tonight (again). reading this thread now just reminded me i still have leftover duck fried rice in the fridge, so if it's still edible i'll be having it for lunch

I just popped down M&S for some lush Gammon, flapjacks and cookies.... so much for my "healthy living" regime.

For lunch sausages and soup.

For dinner steak. I probably gained a kilo today (or actually yesterday since it's way past midnight already)...

it has its moments, but it isn't like this on a regular basis. honest guvnor
leftover takeaway of any description for lunch is a rare luxury...

Just ate a nice sandwich with ham, swiss cheese, mustard, and hotsauce. It was tasty.

I cant wait for lunch today....cheese and beans on toast for me with a dash of Worcester Sauce for good measure!
Dinner - Ham and italian sausage tortellini with cheese sauce and sundried tomato stuffed bread!
