I don't know if I can be arsed now to be honest. I haven't got access to a digital camera right now and don't have time to find a suitable image to upload.
Plus my grungy kids wanna go Reading or V!

Does that mean you have to go too?
As a mother Dolly, it is your god given right to deny your children the opportunity to mosh and throw condoms of urine around.
I would suggest maybe a more
diluted festival atmosphere where your less likely to slip up on a human turd...
just a suggestion

Ha ha thanks Mem, I'll bet they won't be able to wait to see 'Hoover the Dog'
True I can deny them, but I certainly can't let them go on their own.
I really would like to do a festy with them this year tho, but I think Glasto is gonna be pretty impossible to arrange, any other suggestions gratefully received...

Ok now dont think I'm taking the piss....not that i ever do anyway but... howabout the
Exit Festival in Serbia...This is one i have many a time looked at and considered. Not just because of the fantastic line ups they get, good reviews or variety but its all at an amazing price!!! Think its 78 euros this year for four days and Beastie Boys and Wu Tang have confirmed so far!

Yeah, I've thought aboot going to Exit in recent years.
Apparently it's in a great setting - there's camping, but if you don't want to rough it, there are top quality hotels nearby which are ridiculously cheap.

My friends have had guns pulled on them at Exit. Still loved it though.

sounds good (not the gun-pulling I hasten to add...) but I can't go that w/e. I'll have a look for a few hippy type family festies in the summer, who knows maybe I'll be able to drive by then finally, would certainly make things a lot easier

The Big Chill fits your criteria pretty well!

Whats wrong with the Chippenham Folk Festival?
"Hoover the Dog" for Christs sake

Yeah Big Chill is an ideal festival with plenty of room, no big crowds but with an average lineup. Thats the only problem i found was there wasnt enough on the lineup for my liking. The whole setup is great though.

That depends on whether you want to chill or not!
