What Are You Listening To Now?

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

New album so it seems.. never heard of him (or them)
deep basses. humor. kinda like Detroit grand pubba's did, but more serious still.

First song is called Warming up the bass machines, and i can hear why :D
now at track 3 of the album, and i love it!

For a listen:

neighbors beware, walls will shake :D
It's a great album, been listening to it loads recently....definitely one of the better things to come out this year.Love the sleeve on it,too.

Me and that Dung chimp caught Mr VonStroke a couple of times when he came over to play recently and thoroughly enjoyed the music even if one of the venues he played at was the preposterously shit venue The Egg.

Anyway,he's back over in the UK in July, well worth catching him then.

Currently listening to Josh Wink 'profound sounds vol.3'.Very deep 8)

That's one of my favourite songs ever (and also definately the best Ott song)! :)

I'm going for oldskool stuff myself at the moment:

Pink Floyd - 'Careful With That Axe, Eugene'

Live at Böblingen, May 1972. My favourite ever version of this awesome track.

Shulman - Mushroom Therapy

I've really enjoyed pretty much everything I've heard from these guys this far. If you're looking for more in the vein of Sphongle and Ott, then definately check Shulman out. :)
