Excellent photo Mr.Dung, definitely one for the family album. I especially like the bloke behind Badger pointing at the random mad Scots bloke. :D

I'm starting to sound like a tout!!! Actually, I'd forgotten that I'd not only supplied Rich with the Plaid ticket but also an Orbital one for you... MTV Dance wasn't it?

Wouter came to Canada a few weeks ago...

I took him to Niagara Falls
Image

I think he thought it was cold
Image

But I did, too
Image

It was fairly mild while he was here, but it's always freezing near the Falls... as you walk close you get covered with mist that freezes all over your clothes. I told him that going through the 'Niagara winter death march' makes him an honourary Canadian :)

Eventually, though, we did thaw out

Yeah, all the mist makes for pretty rainbows :)

I live about 90 minutes from Niagara Falls, but only ever go if someone's visiting from out of town. Once you've seen the falls, you've seen the falls, and everything else is just tourist junk.

I like going in the winter because there's hardly anybody around and hotel rooms are much cheaper, but it's also cold... you win some, you lose some.
