Oooh fancy! There was no worcester sauce to hand for me so I had them plain. Still very yummy tho - the best comfort food!

Let's see some pix when it's healed!!
this is it. with quite a lot of back too. not too slaternly though

it actually seems to be healing quite well, even if it is a bit sore at the moment. i am still ridiculously proud of it though. and, yes, you should get one done, especially if tam designed it personally
today i had some strange cheesy thing in pastry for my lunch with chips and peas and carrots and my boss paid, which was nice.

Brocolli and tomatoe Quiche with Fresh Asapragus tips and Spinach with garlic butter drizled over it..
with a glass of ce cold ginger beer

You always have some really interesting and mouthwatering sounding meals Aimee....apart from the salty one the other day obviously, that didnt really appeal to me!

Well its cos she like myself is Vegitarian..
Meat eaters can do a meal with Ease... Hack lump of flesh off of creature.. heat.. and lob some chips on the side.. MEAL !!
Veggies have to make more effort for a decent meal..

Wouter's off doing ambulance stuff tonight, so I just whipped up some quick fried rice. Green/red peppers, carrot, egg... fresh coriander and lime on top. Easy!
