ha ha!
Just had a right old mish mash of leftovers etc for me lunch:
small portion of macaroni cheese, tomato, feta cheese & red onion salad, 2 rice crackers with wensleydale & cranberries cheese, then plain live yoghurt with fresh blueberries thrown in.
To be honest with you I could just do with some hot winter comfort food like sausage & mash, it's bloody freezin in my office today

I had too much dinner:
'Meatball' (vegetarian, of course) sub with peppers and mushrooms and cheese and sauce and hot peppers, caesar salad, and potato wedges... then there was leftover chocolate birthday cake and vanilla ice cream.
There goes trying to eat healthy

I know what you mean, I've just been trying to make small changes in my eating/activity habits, and I've been doing pretty well. Most importantly, I feel good about myself. And if I want to have a giant/unhealthy meal every now and then... well I'll do it
Mmm maple syrup... you know we Canadians have that stuff coursing through our veins, right?

i've got a feeling maple syrup is actually the source of all life.
excellent that the changes you've been making have made you feel good, and even more excellent that you're not too twattily anal about it to turn down a good feast now and again

*applauds Memly for reviving this thread*
For lunch I had a jacket potato with cheese, herb salad and organic plum tomatoes. Tonight I am going out for a Thai with my mate Justin ~ big brother gossip and good food, can't wait!!

Hmm, not enough me's reckons.
I'm sick to death of Mohrs stress circles and pore water pressure. I dont care what the "effective" stress of engineering material is!
