cheers, i did have a vague suspicion it might be out of space. that "prodigy mix" is a bit of a lie tho surely. unless it means a remix of a prodigy tune. which is just silly.

Yup, think it is a remix of the Prodigy tune - i.e. The Prodigy - Out Of Space 2004 (Cut & Run mix)

Essentially, Cut & Run are bootleg mixers (they've just released a Ministry Of Sound compilation that's running high in the charts which - amongst the mash-ups on there - include A Guy Called Gerald's "Voodoo Ray" with Mylo's "Drop The Pressure" with a bit of "Doctor Beat" - wonder where they got that idea from?) :P

cheers nick, yeah i know cut and run very well, and i also know the prodigy tune particularly well :D i was just commenting on the unusual use of (prodigy mix) which seemed to go against general naming convention.
think i've seen that compilation advertised on tv - have you got it, is it any good?

*edit* oh incidentally... cut and run are actually a label that put out remixes done by various people - generally well-known producers who want a bit of anonymity 'cos of the dubious legal nature of bootlegs
oh yuh, and a little oddly considering said dubious nature, they've recently started selling mp3s through breakbeat online...

Yup, they released a bootleg of Pacific State by 808 State last year - bizarre that they're selling MP3's of bootleg material!

Ou, you mean those f*ckwit Cut Up Boys? The Misery of Sound 'Mashup Compilations' are nothing more than pure rip offs. They give the genuine mashup/bootleg artists a bad name...

S'not just me who thinks that the Cut Up Boys are a bunch of complete tossers... The whole bootleg community is in agreement (which is a major thing in itself) ;)
