Saw the Sound Cellar one today myself. Kinda not surprised about them having that poster given some of the audio terrorism they have sold down through the years

Unfortunatly, no
Work had it's claws in me. I kinda knew that I wouldn't get 2 saturday nights off in a row, especially as we were doing a get-out and a fit-up all in the same night.
How was it?

Thats a pity ya couldn't go. I was even looking out for the infamous hat. Oh well...if your going to see Plaid on Saturday 15 July, we can have a few pints then!
Maybe its a good job ya didn't bump into me cause i was a bit disco-bikkied and in a magical little world of my own.
The gig as you could imagine was fantastic (sorry to rub it in but its true). DJ Rob Hall from Skam records pleyed for an hour before and 2 hours after Autechre. He was deadly. I had heard that his sets are stormers and i wasn't dissapointed. He played loads of IDM-heavy dark techno. Fuckin amazing mixing too. I'd definitly go and see him playing again.
Autechre came out and played an Untilted set, which was cool. As soon as they came out ALL the lights went out and stayed out until they were finished. The sound was very clean and crisp and everyone was getting into it. I've never really heard shit like that being played ilve before so it was well intense. All in all a good night had by all.

Oh yes the Plaid gig. Had forgotten about that. Will see you at that one then.
Your about the tenth person I have heard say good things about Rob Hall. Must try and see him the next time then.
