yea i havent listened to alot of their work...ive heard like 2 songs off their debut (Daydreaming and Lately...both cool songs), none of Protection, about half of Mezzanine, Butterfly Cought (sweet beats they got on there) and the Danny The Dog soundtrack which was pure genious. So yea im going to get cought up with them before they release their next album.

I did like the soundtrack they did for danny the dog too.
not really an album, but as a soundtrack it's jummy.

about the new track. i dunno. doesn't sound like the massive attack i know. maybe i need to hear it a few times with headphones, but it sounds a bit... ordinary to me.

Good combo!? It's a bloody amazing track. My fave track by them since Mad Professor remixed Protection....

Timbob, if you listen to the musical arrangement of Live with Me then you realise straight away it is a Massive Attack track. Interesting they've used Terry Callier's vocals as opposed to Horace Andy's but I think Terry's vocals are better anyway.

One of my favourite MA tracks however is on that album.
Thus lies the crux of the problem. I simply can't stand Sinead O'Connor. Of course we get to hear a lot more of her demented ravings than you probably would :? Bring back Tracy.
When I said fair to middling this was in relation to thier previous work which, again imo is some of the best dance/electronica that has ever been produced, with Protection rating as one of my favs of all time.
