I cant believe New Order are playing at the BIC though.
I've told you before Pooka... Bournemouth BIC gets some qualitae acts coming down now.
The venue is much better after they spent a few milliony getting it right. The acoustics in there used to sound like an empty warehouse (which was probably because it was more or less an empty warehouse) but they seem to have sorted it out now.
Mind you I have only seen the Prodge there since.
Its a shame I wont be around Nick.
Well, if you're around on August 13th, I'll be at the Bloom Festival to see 808 State Live (not that far away from Bournemouth)!

I dunno. You know me and cars... its got an oil leak and is making some strange noises.
The mechanics are due to look at it before the weekend... I was hoping they could have had a look yesterday, but they didnt.
I cant risk driving all that way to Brighton the way it is at the minute.
My car is a working car mate, she may well have a layer of dirt over her, but until now she has been a reliable old girl.
I don't know you people...why are you here? MEMS MUZAK

Really wanted to make that... and obviously the Chill too.
How are Longe Range live?
Whats the setup?
Did they have Will White on drums?
Was Phil hiding behind a laptop?
Any hardware on show?
So many questions...
Phil Hartnoll: 17" Apple Powerbook + Novation controller
Nick Smith: 17" Apple Powerbook + Novation controller
Bloke who's name I can't remember: Roland Sh101, Nord Lead 2 (I think it was a 2) and other assorted hardware
Will White: Roland V-Drum kit
Violin and vocals
Set was 50 minutes in length, played everything from the album, lots of lovely chilled out stuff plus a couple of mental bangers and a surprise... Not an Orbital track though (well, not technically Orbital).
