I have bought a jar of "lazy chili" recently; have applied it to anything and everything...consequently I havent been able to sit down comfortably since Thursday. I hope I havent permantly damaged myself
Currently eating a peppered beef, humous, rocket, spring onion sandwich...and a generous dollop of chili.

Well its breakfasttime... an im chowing down 2-3 bowls of Cinnamon toast with semi skimmed milk !

The setting: public library staff lunchroom
I sit down and start pulling out stuff for my lunch:
Bottle of water (Nalgene!)
Pita bread
Container of hummus
Small container of tzatziki
Small container of marinated artichoke hearts
Container with sliced tomato, bell peppers (yellow, red, green), red onion and some black olives
Peach yogurt
Nectarine
Woman calls out from across the room: Aimée, are you vegetarian?

Mmm just polished off the leftovers from last nights dinner:
Thai salmon (pan-fried with garlic, ginger, red chillies, fresh vine tomatoes and soy sauce) yum yum

Breakfast conisted of... 1 big bowl of Grek yoghurt with fresh maple syrup and a lovely cinnamon swirl danish.. washed down with a glass of fresh ornage juice .

My jar of lazee chili has depleted
Gonna go for a traditional cod and Chips from my local chippy tonight. Mmmmm. Complete with tartare sauce and a cold can of Coca Cola.
Lunch today was slightly boring... tuna/mayo/lettuce/onion baguette.
But it was missing 1 essential item...

Mmmmmmm.
Chicken, Cheddar, Spinach, Rocket, Red Onions, baby tomatoes with a bit of Dijon (which is now all over my bloody mouse and keyboard) in a granary 'wich.
Yum.
