This is a great thread Kvagga!!

Just got back from a birthday lunch for my aunt. The pub near my work has a Thai chef, so I had Pad Thai (noodles) with king prawns. yum!
My Aunt had Green prawn curry & jasmine rice (this seafood penchant runs in the family!!)

Thanks Jane, and like I think I said before, I adore Thai-food. :)

Today it was grilled and well marinated pork fillet with baked potatoes, though. :) Slurp.

It's 106 miles to Chicago.
We got a full tank of gas,
half a pack of cigarettes.
It's dark and we are wearing sunglasses

I think I have a problem.
We bought a 1.5L basket of local concord grapes yesterday.

They're gone.

I also ate a bunch of green grapes.

(Dinner: refried bean/soy "meat" tacos with salsa, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, etc. and rice)

Breakfast for dinner! (It was after 10:00 and I was lazy)

Scrambley-eggy nonsense with eggplant, red pepper, onion, tomato, green olives, and a bit of shredded cheese... and a toasted sesame bagel. And hot sauce.

My friend Amy stayed over last night after the U2 concert, so for breakfast we had eggs scrambled with green/red pepper, zucchini, broccoli, tomato, and some cheddar cheese with toast and hashbrown patties.

Then we went to Toronto and met Adam and Jason for lunch at Fresh and I had a thai burger and sweet potato fries, it was great.

For dinner, I made eggplant parmesan for myself, chicken parmesan for my brother, plus spaghetti and fried zucchini sticks for both of us.

It was a good day for food.
