Was reading reviews of the Coachella gig the other week and people who went were saying it sounded like the same set as was played on the UK tour last year.
Does that mean they will be playing the same set at Isle of Wight, Glastonbury etc or were they playing the UK set from last year because it was an overseas gig?
Many thanks.
Same set as last year's gigs?

Re: Same set as last year's gigs?
Hi Muzsky, I'm not the webmaster but O know that Orbital have recently been working on a couple of new tracks and have dropped very heavy hints that they will be included in the live set for this years festivals.

Hope this helps.

Think the idea was that the set would change once they played to audiences they had already played to...i.e. the next UK gigs. So I think you guys will get to see some new stuff...you lucky buggers.

Can't remember where I read it (it's in one of this month's music magazines - towards the front of the magazine), but they're definitely going to play at least one new track at the UK festivals this year...
They're also working on a number of new tunes...

I'd say that with the release of DSM & TGIG on the 20th June there is a fair chance of them getting played in the Festival sets coming up....

And the latest issue of this month's International DJ suggests that may be the case... They also hint at a new album possibly by the end of the year!
