'Belfast' usage rights

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

'Belfast' usage rights

Hey all,

I want to use the Orbital track 'Belfast' in a short promotional commercial video project that I'm producing for a Client. Does anyone know how I could go about getting the rights for this? I tried emailing the webmaster of this site a few days ago, but haven't had any response yet. Any ideas?

Your email was forwarded on. Give them a week and email me again if you havent heard anything. I can then re-send saying you are chasing it...but i cant do anymore than that i'm afraid :)

Hey – thanks for the help! I'll let you know how it goes... I've been trying to track down the Label too, following them through, and have finally found out that the label at the top of chain is Warner Bros. I might get in touch with them too.
