i did have a bootcamp partition, didn't have any problems with it, but i wasn't really using it so i deleted it. i do still have parallels on here which i use occasionally, tho i'm thinking of replacing it with vmware fusion, which apparently causes less lag on the rest of the system than parallels when it's running.

You're corporate, they'll just ask you the standard 20 questions until they realise you know more than they do and then they'll just hand over the spares like sweeties...

Personally, I think quoting 3 different prices on 3 different days for the same spec system is wrong, then not giving an order reference but charging the credit card is even worse and then denying all knowledge of the order when someone has tried to take the money for it is even worse... Personal sales and Corporate sales aren't handled by the same people either...

Dell are rapidly losing their good name in the personal sales market, just go to the BBC Watchdog page and have a look for 'Dell'... Interesting reading.

ahem...i have a personal Inspiron 8600 as well :p

I think anyone who has a bad experience with any company will go on a rampage trying to convince others not to go with them. Its only natural.

Until then.... :)
