What if you could live forever?

I'm sure this will interest quite a few people here.

The Fountain trailer

It's Darren Aronofsky's newest & even though it stars Hugh Jackman I'm still rather excited to see it.

Looks good.

Whats wrong with Hugh?
Not seen him as anything other than Wolverine, but I thought he played that well.
I don't know you people...why are you here?

It's not that I really dislike Hugh. It's that he really seems to be the hot star of the moment & I didn't expect to see that in the next Aronofsky movie.

Hugh Jackman was also in the excellent 'Swordfish'. Nice to see that Clint Mansell is doing the soundtrack honours again :D

The early buzz on this film has Oscars written all over it...
Nothing wrong with Hugh Jackman by the way, Brad Pitt was attatched to this when it was in pre-production.

Brad Pitt pulled out of the movie, though, so Aronofsky lost the funding for it. He had to rework it to be a low-budget movie instead.

I will watching anything Darren Aronofsky puts out, and I am really excited about this one. Should Aronofsky get any awards for this, they will be well deserved... he wrote it, directed it, and went through SO much shit to get it made. He (and Ellen Burstyn) were robbed at the Oscars for Reqiuem for a Dream anyway.

Anyway, 2006 may very well be the year that Hugh Jackman breaks out as a "real" actor, he's also on this little thing:

Looks ok, does't it!

Some people don't get the Transformers. It's simple. They're big robots. And they change into things. And they fight. This is beautiful and mad. If you do not get this, there is something missing in your soul. - Paul O'Brien
