What Are You Listening To Now?

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

It's going into a breaks orientated set I'm doing soon, along with the Cosmos and Plumps tracks too...

Been playing 'WipeOut Pure' again... It's a phenomenal game!

Best vehicle for Paul getting some good feedback on a soundtrack...

Haha, I was going to post yesterday that I was listening to Ignition but held off ;)

Last thing I heard was some old LSG, I was listening to Rendezvous in Outer Space on my break... trance in my pants!

Right now it's just this one group of kids making noise and they are driving me INSANE. I've already told them three times to be quiet or leave!

I 'm currently listening to the radio.
Donal Dineen on http://www.todayfm.com. This guy has done more to inform my musical consciousness than anyone else. This was the first place I heard Ulrich Schnauss, Casino vs Japan, Lackluster, and a whole slew of others. I try and tune in all the time.
The other great thing is the show is ad free :D

Tues - Fri midnight to 2am.

I can not recommend this highly enough.

Treetops – 'Leaving Tidal River'

Sydney band who've made one of my favourite songs of recent years. Sounds just like The Byrds or Jefferson Airplane with a fantastic chorus and awesome harmonies. :D

now playing in my head: atomic hooligan - "you are here" - the closing/title track of the album. total beauty. it's been compared, not unfairly, to the private psychedelic reel. and if that doesn't get you to listen to it...
in a minute i'm going for lunch and i'll be listening to in sides on my phone. 8)
