Ulcer treatment
I bet there are quite a few experts on here.
What sort of treatment/diet is good for someone with a bleeding ulcer? I've researched all the medical stuff and know what meds are harmful, I'm looking for good home remedies and tried-and-true advice.
Thanks in advance!

"You know, just simple lines intertwining, you know, very much like - I'm really influenced by Mozart and Bach, and it's sort of in between those, really. It's like a Mach piece, really"

Marc, do you have a local Homeopath? I would recommend that as a treament:
Here's some general advice:
"Abstinence from smoking and alcohol is a must. Avoiding stress. Eating bland food and refraining from unnecessary medication.
Conventional treatment consists of antacids which cause a lot of side-effects like headache, dryness, hypersensitivity and confusion. They also have only a temporary effect.
On the other hand, homeopathic treatment is safe and gentle, without side-effects. And it treats in totality, leading to an actual cure, rather than a temporary suppression of symptoms."
Hope that helps!

I don't use Myspace anymore, you'll find me on Facebook ;-b
Thanks all, this was actually for Orbyss, who was recently hospitalized by a bleeding ulcer. She's doing just fine now, but it was pretty scary for a while. Those are nothing to sneeze at!
Anyway, I really appreciate the concern, I asked here because Orbyss remembered Loopz having ulcers, but I guess his weren't too severe (thankfully).
So thanks everyone, hopefully I'll have more time to spend on here; I've hardly even been on this new forum! Can't believe you remember my name.
