Tangled is back for an Easter Thurday special party just like they used to be back at the Phoenix. A bank holiday
bonanza featuring all three brands - Tangled, Decade and Tangled Breaks.

We cannot wait to have Hybrid back to Tangled playing their amazing euphoric, progressive, house, techno and breaks in the main room. With a live PA from old skool legends Shades Of Rhythm to get the party rocking! Alongside Terry Pointon and Rascal

The bar will be hosted by Tangled Breaks with the fantastic Drumattic Twins laying down their funk-fuelled slabs of beats and basslines, alongside resident Steve Thorpe and Phoenix resident Herbie Saccani and Resistance.

HYBRID (DJ set) -

Since first bursting onto the scene with the now classic album Wide Angle in 1999, the Swansea, Wales-based Hybrid have been known as one of the most forward thinking and technically skilled acts in electronic dance music. Blurring the line between in-studio production and live presentation, Hybrid are one of the few remaining dance acts to perform live with a classic band setup. Though, much has changed on the road to Hybrid's fourth artist album Disappear Here. Most notable is the addition of Hybrid's third member - singer/ songwriter Charlotte James - to go along with founders Chris Healings and Mike Truman. Hybrids DJ sets take you on an epic journey through driving progressive house and techno with orchestral melodies and thunderous beats and basslines

SHADES OF RHYTHM (live) -

S.O.R. are old skool legends having been making music and playing at raves since 1989. Their massive hits Homicide, Exorcist, Sweet Sensation, Sound of Eden and Extacy are still rave anthems to this day! In the golden age of hardcore, Shades of Rhythm were as at home headlining genre-defining raves as they were in the Top Of The Pops studio. Live, the band were a force to be reckoned with and headlined every major rave of the era Technodrome, Fantazia, Raindance, Sunrise, Amnesia House with audiences often topping 10,000.

DRUMATTIC TWINS (dex n fx show) -

Drumattic Twins formed in 1997, they teamed up with the legendary release platform Finger Lickin Records in 1999 and settled quickly into the close-knit world of the breakbeat scene, working alongside global acts such as Plump DJs, Soul of Man and Lee Coombs. Fusing this sound with their house music roots only ever worked in their favour, producing unique tracks that visited several genres including funk, house, hip hop and of course breakbeat, and resulted in two albums (Drumattical, 2002 & Hammer & Tongs, 2009) and numerous worldwide hit singles. Their Dex n FX show saw them tour relentlessly throughout this period, progressing the twins at speed in both technical ability and personal style, and whirring global crowds into a frenzy on the way!

Very enticing as I love Tangled and have missed it living in Sydney for the last 8 years.
