What's the sample in Tootled actually saying?

Does anyone know exactly what is said in the sample in the middle of Tootled (around 2.32 of the album version i think)?

Sounds to me something like "Life isn't fair!"

(At first i thought it said "Why does it burn?")

Tootled is a great song IMO.

So did i until i listened closely to the live Rock Am Ring 01 version which has the sample played a lot at the end and i'm not sure if it is that anymore.
