star war promo music (non orbital)

I was hoping that someone could help me with this, i can't find it or any information about it anywhere. When the Phantom Menace was released around the same time i remember hearing on radio 1 once this song that had been created using dialog and effect from the film (and maybe other star wars films). It was quite dark abd had darth maul saying "I will not fail you my lord"..... Has anybody got any idea what i'm on about here, hopefuly there's some proper star war geeks on here who can help?
