It really does depend on the sandwich, surely?

Beef - horseradish
Pig - mustard
Cheese - Worcester Sauce
Fowl - salad cream

This IS important...i have to be part of this

After a long thought i have gone with Pickle and it HAS to be Branston Pickle

I used to be into Ketchup but its not for my sarnys these days. Brown Sauce is just for chips for me, Mustard is minging, Mayonnaise doesnt agree with me that much, Salad Cream i have to be in the moods for and Chilli Sauce - i dont go there

You can stick your Dijon mustard where the sun don't shine, Memley. I'll go for mayo every time - at least it's not Fre... D'OH!!

Memly you really must be bored bro...whats going on? Isnt Spud back in the office today from his South America travels...or has he fallen asleep from exhaustion from his first few hours work (playing solitaire) in a month!!!?

Pickle for me mate...cant beat a nice dollop of Branston with cheese, ham, beef and chicken...i even dip my crisps in it....

...remember that chilli sauce i got from China Town...now that was a contender to knock Pickle off the number one spot as i had it with EVERYTHING but i have run out and never go to China Town!!!!

I am afraid of mayonnaise for little to know reason - I've never really tried it to be honest.

I only really have sauce in bacon or egg sandwiches so the winner is ketchup (although I'm partial to a bit of brown from time to time.)

Listen Tarquin, any more of this behaviour and I'll withdraw my offer to help you with your SATs.

wot no bbq? would have to be my choice for anything along the lines of a bacon & egg sarnie.
i remember being introduced years ago to the joy of fearlessly adding both ketchup and mayo to a burger, and now i'm curious to try combining bbq and mayo...

Ah yes, Sauce Marie Rose, or as it was known in the local chippy where I went to school, Pink Saws. In one of the more upmarket eateries it was known as prawn cocktail sauce. How cosmopolitain we were.
