I think the answer of who owns the publishing rights was given when the 'Halcyon' compilation came out... I remember some important people were never consulted about it, which pretty much indicates to me that up until 'Blue', P&P have no publishing rights.

eBay is good, but there are loads of different designs, good luck on finding them now...

...and no, I'm not parting with my collection.
