Re: Colourfest 2009
N-Joi Live in Manchester - what a great EP ! Used to play this every saturday night before going clubbing back in the early 90's ! Colourfest 2009 line-up does look absolutely amazing. Will be interesting to know what the crowd demographics are - ie . how many middle aged ravers are there !! At the ...

Re: New Orbital merchandise??
The three tshirts on sale at the Brighton gig were 1. Old school style . Light blue tshirt with Orange Orbital logo 2 & 3. The Other two are variations on the new 20 Compilation. Both are dark blue . One has 2Orbital on the front (same font as the album release), and the circular time frame (abr...

Re: Brighton set list SPOILER

Does anyone have any idea if the Brixton gigs are going to have late licenses ? Now that would be cool. An all-nighter with a three ...

Re: Brighton set list SPOILER
thanks funky doug for helping to clear up one of my questions. Can't say I recognised it as Doctor at all. That's why I was puzzled as to what it was. Didn't mind it myself , but agree it was an odd way to end the set. I actually thought they were road testing a new song.

Brighton set list SPOILER
Went to Brighton gig last week, and was blown away by seeing my favourite ever band(?) live again. The sound system and bass sent shivers through my whole body, and regardless of what one previous posting mentioned about the crowd being lukewarm, I didn't pick up on that at all. The gig in its intim...

Couldn't see another similar thread on here, so, what do people think of the new Paul Hartnoll album ? I think it's a grower , and like it a lot. I Accept that you can't really compare it to Orbital (except patchwork guilt), but think it's an interesting melodic hybrid. what do other forumites think ?

It's already cost me a small fortune geting hold of the various remixes out there ! But back to the original posting fellow orbital afficianados ! Are we any closer to knowing whether the select mix tape is a different version of Are We Here ? Wish I still had the tape - it was a really good mix wit...

The Dub mix version of Come Into my House, whilst a tad short, is better in my opinion than the vocal mix, which BTW I'm still looking out for ! Saw it for $186 on Gemm, but it's is a bit out of my price range ! have the vinyl of the dub mix, but didn't know it had come out on CD too. Whilst we're o...

Are We Here ? A question
can any of you good forum members tell me if the version of this which was on the select magazine Journeys By DJ's give away tape in May 1995 is a different version than any of the versions released on the CD single ? I still have the tape box, but unfortunately have lost the tape :( I assume it is ...

Old Megadog line-ups - anyone remember ?
I was just wondering if any of the forum members can remember any of the line-ups for the early megadogs. I remember seeing Orbital once or twice at the rocket in the early 90's , and at Brixton academy new years eve 93/94 and 94/95, but cannnot remeber any of the other acts ( except the ozric tenta...
