Really concerned to hear about your daughter and of course my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
I'll large it for the Scottish Orbital contingent on Saturday and wish you all the best.
Love and best wishes

Re: Wonky Album Review
Where is it going? made me thank the lord that I was an Orbital fan.
A real shame you cant make the Glasgow gig shadyboy.
Maybe you can see them at T in the Park instead..

Laurent Garnier and Slam are playing the Arches afterward.

Re: For those who want to hear a bit more Wonky...
Not sure about it only being a fraction. I love Orbital to bits but if I had a gripe it would be that their live shows are quite predictable in terms of what tracks they play and the order they play them in. In all honesty, I have never been very surprised at what I've heard at an Orbital gig. Would...

Re: For those who want to hear a bit more Wonky...
It may be a DJ set, but we are hearing the segues between the tracks, so we are hearing what they are planning to do live I would say. Some of my most memorable live Orbital moments have involved Satan and something wouldnt feel quite right if it wasn't played. If I was a betting man though, I would...

I would far rather they played Satan than Beelzedub, but I am pretty sure they wont.
Oh well.

Re: For those who want to hear a bit more Wonky...
I have never seen an Orbital gig where Impact didnt get played.
The only other tracks that have always been played are Chime, Satan and Dr?
Time to drop the latter in my opinion but it looks like it will be staying...

Re: For those who want to hear a bit more Wonky...
I think it's a fairly safe bet that this will be the bulk of the live set. Add impact and a couple of other classics and that will be it
I really shouldnt have listened to this before the gig in Glasgow but I couldnt resist.
What a lovely sample in Are We Here? That sounds amazing

Re: Hello/Thoughts on the new material/Random meanderings
I didnt like the Altogether one bit, even though the tour in 2001 was amazing. The Blue Album to me was a sad way to end such a triumphant career. Whilst most tunes were actually nice to listen to, none of them were close to Orbital at their best. I have heard 4 tracks from the new album and am abso...

Re: The gig wish
I wouldnt be too sad to not hear the following tracks that have been in recent live sets; One Perfect Sunrise Halcyon The Gun is Good Dr ? I expect the following to be dropped in need to free up time for new tracks; Remind Lush Belfast The Box I am loving the sound of the new album, so am hoping and...

I agree though with whoever said they are a bit disappointing live. I saw them twice and they definately didnt get their set right. Far too many dull moments in what should be a dance machine of a gig

Re: Colourfest 2009
My tickets came in yesterday. No chance on me ever missing an Orbital performance so close to my house. Not too keen on the bit of the back of the ticket warning of sniffer dogs and body searches but am really looking forward to the whole event. Surely one of the strongest dance line ups ever seen i...

Rock Ness date
I see that in the Orbital dates bit in the main page part of this website, there is no mention of Orbital playing the Rock Ness festival.
Please dont tell me they have canceled this as I bought my ticket for this purely to see them again!
Or is Scotland now seen as a foreign country or something?
