Re: what would you put in the set?

There are two tracks which almost always get played in the set, yet I've never been a huge fan, they are Satan and Halcyon. I must admit the latest version of Halcyon did have more of a dance feel towards the end and Satan did come to life with a different riff, but even so if they could be replaced...

USBs

Got mine today and WOW!!!!! I've never heard music on this format before but as I had a new home cinema system I was able to slot it directly into that. The quality is amazing, much superior to a normal CD. Still cant get over the fact that all that footage can fit into something so small. Ive been ...

Re: usb wristband birmingham gig

I'm feeling a bit gutted now I didn't get a wristband after the gig (Manc 19th). Can you still order one from anywhere or is an Ebay jobit. You certainly can - that's where I've pe-ordered my lot (saves having to queue after the gig - much needed smoking time)! :) 8) Cheers Nick, I knew I could rel...

Re: Last night in Manchester...

Fantastic night. Only the 3rd time Ive seen Orbital live but without doubt the best. Stunning visuals and, what with todays mega memory card storage, managed to grab 1.5 hours of footage on my camera, albeit with tinny sound. Might upload the best bits to youtube sometime. Ears are still ringing.

Good job I stopped by, a new release lovely jubbly. Its about time we got a live DVD. Didn't see the point in buying The Altogether as it was no different to the album. I remember there was a totally revamped version of Satan which was quite anthemic in places played live. I don't think this was 94 ...

I don't buy many albums these days, but I must say "Arcade Fire" and Funeral is well recommended. Not electronic music but contains some highly addictive stuff.

Yes I know its been out for months, but Im a bit slow so don't start.

My fave Orbital track is the epic Out There Somewhere.

What a masterpiece, the whole album is perfect from start to finish and IN SIDES is regarded as MY favourite album of ANY artist.

Hows that for an endorsement.

I still think "The Psychiatrist" episode is the funniest episode in ANY sitcom. I used to be a Hotel Manager myself and was often seen tapping the walls as a joke.
