Yeah i wish I had known about the raves along the M23???? :roll :roll

Yeah, I noticed that... wouldn't have been so cool to follow a band called 'London to Brighton'.

Am I the only one who don't love too much the new album?
I think it's too light, sunny and dancey to Orbital. I expected something more dark and slower album with goosbumping tunes, but with Wonky I feel nothing special. :(
All the tracks are just nice. Unfortunately it's just summer festival music to dance to, but not a real soulful home music, like In Sides (the best Orbital album IMO).
Distractions is far the best track, it's the most Orbital-like track. Straight Sun also one of my favourites, and Beelzedub! Beelzedub is butal I love it!! But Stringy Acid is too simple and primitive I think, it's the worst track in the album, after Never. I never liked Never too much - it's also too simplistic. :)
Wonky is a good track, especially the fucking grat middle - that's the best bit on the album! But I hate the cat meowing in it.
The opening and closing track are not so effective for me. Again they are too simple, but OBM is better to me.

Unfortunately the album is a dissapointment to me. Anyway, it's a nice album, but not a big comeback as I expected.

Stick with it Sinner....in my opinion it rewards repeat listens just like vintage Orbital albums....hated Wonky, Beezledub and Straight Sun when I first heard them, but the hooks get you in the end.....

Think you just need to not compare it to the classic 90's albums and let it move ur ass!!!!

Really concerned to hear about your daughter and of course my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

I'll large it for the Scottish Orbital contingent on Saturday and wish you all the best.

Love and best wishes

I must say that Wonky is the first Orbital Album since Insides that I dont skip any tracks at all.

Although MON still pips it at the post.

Where is it... and One Big... started to growing on me. :) Now I like them more.
And I started to feel the album is working.

My highlights: Distractions, Beelzedub, Straight Sun.

Mine are Distractions, Stringy Acid, Beelzedub and Where Is It Going? (At the moment)! :D

My wife and I saw them at Leeds last night. My wife took some great pictures ( and good videos too).

An amazing night. :applause

I was listening to the radio last night and heard Stringy Acid for the first time on it's own. I'm beginning to think that having Distractions before it on the album ruins it fro me 'coz 'twas bloody belting last night.
