I'm surprised there hasnt been more World Cup banter on this forum!

Yeah, the less said about England, the better. :cry:
Looking forward to some Glasto action, mind you we're watching it now and the girlfriend and I have seen quite a bit of it over the weekend.

A scottish guy at work was trying to rib me about the World Cup (before England were knocked out). He was convinced that Scotland had a better World Cup than England even though they never qualified. I still dont understand where he was coming from...

The argentina result certainly puts the England performance in perspective.

Germany are no Peru or Costa Rica, that's for sure....
